Property and HMO specialists Nick and Simon approached this project with the need for a logo that reflected their unique business style and vision. Their brand, "Property Sauce," seeks to establish itself as an expert resource for property management and HMOs, using a name that carries an informal, approachable vibe while underscoring their comprehensive knowledge.
The brief for "Property Sauce" was to create a logo that balanced approachability with professionalism. Nick and Simon wanted a design that would resonate with a range of audiences—from casual social media followers to podcast listeners looking for reliable property advice—while also maintaining their image as respected professionals. The logo needed to convey expertise, trust, and a touch of personality.
THE SOLUTION
To embody the duality of "Property Sauce," the final logo design employed a structured, clean-lined typeface for “Property.” This structured look reflects architectural precision, resonating with the meticulous nature of property management. Conversely, the "Sauce" portion was designed in a custom, handwritten script font inspired by vintage Americana, providing a warm, homely feel that adds a bit of charm to the brand. This design approach successfully balanced the credibility of a professional business with an engaging, approachable vibe.
The resulting logo delivers a strong visual impact that aligns with Nick and Simon’s goals. Its balance of structure and casual warmth captures both the reliability and personality they wanted to project, making it adaptable across their digital presence—from social media to podcast branding
